1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website, located at liberty365.com (the "Site"), operated by Weber Media LLC, doing business as Liberty Outdoor Advertising ("Liberty," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

2. WHAT THE SITE IS

The Site describes our billboard advertising services in McHenry County, Illinois and nearby communities, and provides an interactive map and campaign builder tool. That tool is hosted on a separate application we operate, and your use of it may also be subject to that application's own terms. Building a campaign, reviewing pricing, or signing a contract through that tool does not create a binding agreement between you and Liberty until a contract is actually signed. Pricing, availability, and other details shown on the Site or through the map are subject to change and are not a guarantee of availability.

3. NO ACCOUNTS

The Site does not require registration or a user account, and it has no forums, comment sections, or other feature for posting content. Nothing in these Terms of Use requires you to register or maintain credentials with us.

4. PERMITTED USE

We grant you permission to view and browse the Site for your own personal or business use in connection with evaluating our advertising services. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content, other than incidental copies made by your browser or for your own reference, without our prior written permission. You may not use any automated system, such as a bot, scraper, or crawler, to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a person could reasonably generate by browsing normally, and you may not harvest phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information from the Site for unsolicited marketing, robocalls, or spam. We permit search engines to crawl the Site to build a public, searchable index of its content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, images, logos, and other content on the Site, along with the Liberty Outdoor Advertising name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Weber Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use our name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

The Site links to and embeds an interactive map and campaign builder hosted on a separate application, and may link to other third-party websites, such as our social media pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party sites or applications.

7. NO WARRANTY

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any pricing, availability, or other information shown on the Site.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weber Media LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in McHenry County, Illinois.

10. CHILDREN

The Site is intended for business owners and other adults researching advertising services and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use is not a waiver of that provision.
