1. WHO WE ARE

This Privacy Policy explains how Weber Media LLC, doing business as Liberty Outdoor Advertising ("Liberty," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with the website at liberty365.com (the "Site"). 2. WHAT THIS SITE IS

The Site is a marketing website. It describes our billboard advertising services, lists local market pages for the communities we serve, and links to an interactive map and campaign builder that we operate through a separate application. The Site does not have user accounts, logins, forums, or any feature for uploading or posting content, and it does not process payments or store payment information.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY

The Site does not include a contact form, newsletter signup, or any other field that collects your information. The phone, text, and email links on the Site, including the Call Us, Text Us, and Call/Text Us buttons, simply open your own device's phone, messaging, or email app; nothing you enter there is sent to or stored by us through the Site. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. We use these logs only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, not to identify individual visitors. The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not set any cookies of its own.

4. THE INTERACTIVE MAP AND CAMPAIGN BUILDER

The Build My Campaign map on the Site is an embedded tool hosted on a separate application we operate. When you use the map to browse billboard locations, select boards, or submit a campaign for approval, your selections and any contact or campaign details you provide are sent to and processed by that application, not by the Site itself. That application may use its own cookies or local storage to remember your in-progress selections during your visit. If you submit a campaign for approval or review a contract through that tool, the information you provide there, such as your name, business, and contact details, is used to prepare and manage your advertising campaign with us.

5. OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Pages on the Site load typeface files from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We do not otherwise share, sell, or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for business owners and other adults researching advertising services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Because the Site itself does not collect personal information beyond standard server logs, there is generally nothing on the Site for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf.
