Effective July 27, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of Liberty Operations (the “Application”), an internal business operations application provided by Liberty Outdoor (“Liberty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Authorized use
Liberty grants authorized employees, contractors, and business representatives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for legitimate Liberty business. You may not sell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the Application or its data.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and device. Do not share a PIN, session, or other credential. Notify Liberty promptly if you believe access has been lost, stolen, or compromised. Actions performed through your authorized session may be attributed to you.
3. Business records
The Application helps manage operational information such as locations, leases, property owners, advertisers, campaigns, placements, artwork, work orders, inspections, photos, payments, and reports. Users must enter accurate information and use the Application only for authorized business purposes.
4. QuickBooks Online connection
If enabled, the Application may connect to QuickBooks Online to display selected customer, invoice, balance, and accounts-receivable information. QuickBooks Online remains the accounting system of record. Information displayed by the Application may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by synchronization errors and should be verified in QuickBooks before making material accounting or collection decisions.
5. Ownership
The Application, its design, code, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by Liberty or its licensors. Business data remains subject to the rights of its lawful owner and applicable agreements.
6. Third-party services
The Application relies on third-party services, including Google, Airtable, and Intuit. Those services may have separate terms and may change, interrupt, or discontinue their services. Liberty is not responsible for third-party outages or acts outside Liberty’s control.
7. Availability and changes
The Application is provided for business convenience. Liberty may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may restrict or terminate access at any time. You should not rely on the Application as the sole copy of any record that must be retained independently.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Liberty does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or the completeness or accuracy of synchronized third-party data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Application.
10. Termination
This license ends automatically when your authorization to use the Application ends. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and must not retain or disclose information obtained through it except as authorized by Liberty or required by law.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to this Agreement
Liberty may update this Agreement. The updated effective date will appear above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
